Lachlan McLean

Lachlan is a CA member of NZICA, ACIS, CMC and a past President of NZ Institute of Management Consultants.

The depth of Lachlan’s client, candidate and business associations contributes to the special dimension of PCA Professional Careers services through his advice on practice structures, equity partnerships and personnel strategies.

Lachlan’s has an HR and Management background  in a Big-4 environment, facilitating client business development, performance improvement and consulting. Lachlan has also been engaged as a Director/CEO in Commerce for a major exporter and trading Group.

Frances has extensive experience in the recruitment industry developed over many years as a Senior Consultant with PCA Professional Careers, achieving unparalleled reputation and respect with clients and candidates.

This understanding makes Frances highly successful in all aspects of recruitment through her personal interest, expertise and attitude, leading to long-term affiliations.

Frances’ prior employment was in marketing, export and design.

Frances Hanson

Christine holds a BCom degree from the University of Auckland with a double major in Human Resource Management and International Business. She joined PCA Professional Careers in 2007.

Through her studies and experience, Christine has developed comprehensive knowledge of PCA’s services and activities.

Christine has been living in Auckland for a number of years and has many connections, bringing a lively and talented contribution when looking after clients and candidates. 

Anna has been a Consultant with PCA Professional Careers since 2001. She has a Diploma in Business Management and worked for training and media organisations in NZ, USA and UK.

Part of Anna’s contribution has been her links to the UK market, extending connection for the services PCA Professional Careers provides to our clients and candidates.

Anna has close associations in the NZ employment locale, combined with full knowledge of the changing needs and requirements.
