Senior Accountant – Northland

Being one of the biggest and most well-regarded Chartered Accounting firm in Northland, they provide a diverse range of services to local businesses. Just to name a few: accounting, audit, taxation, valuation, trust formation etc. To assist their continuing progression, our client is seeking a NZ CA qualified Senior Accountant. You will report to and work closely with a Partner; looking after a portfolio of clients, managing workflows and supervise, review accounts prepared by other staff. Also, chances to work on interesting and challenging assignments. You may lack jokes to tell at morning tea, but you will not lack in client contact – there is plenty! The successful candidate will need at least 6 years current CA experience. Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients, notably local business owners. Exposure to farming accounts will be an added advantage, but not essential. Suited for those who enjoy Northland lifestyle in a biggish town.
