Audit Principal - Partner

  • Benefit from uncapped earning potential
  • Ownership and control
  • Autonomy to lead

This is a highly successful and profitable practice looking to build on an existing Audit client base. The best way to expand is to laterally engage a practitioner who has a fee base and client connections.

In other words, your client associations, or practice circumstances, make good sense for you to consider a strategic move to link up with a recognised international firm that encourages Audit and will provide professional and technical support.

Their own Audit clients are well established, with assignments being serviced to high standards.

People and professional management skills are envisaged, as well as strong audit competency and knowledge. You will have a history of client delivery and relationship building. Naturally, you are a member of NZICA, likely to have CPP, with CE aligned to maintain your Audit expertise.

We fully appreciate the sensitivity and utmost discretion required to ensure a practical and effective outcome for an association at this level. Therefore, you may first wish to discuss this opportunity in a confidential conversation.

Please contact Lachlan McLean to initiate communications. An introductory CV would be most helpful. Reference #4449.

Partner, Partner, Partner – The Clock is Ticking!

We have a number of practices where “new blood” is sought as part of development or succession planning.

Through our specialist services, we are currently exclusively handling 10 assignments spread over a range of locations; Auckland CBD or near to, Waikato, Central Plateau/Bay of Plenty and East Coast North Island.

These opportunities are compatible prospects for equity participation, or employment to “pass the baton”. A mixture of sole practitioner or joint ownership is anticipated.

The openings are primarily BAS orientated, but there is also the opportunity to lead an Audit Division, if that is your discipline.

The key is being at a level where a CPP is obtainable and you have the wisdom, experience and aspiration, backed up with knowledge and competency. Clearly a people match is also critical.

We fully appreciate the sensitivity and utmost discretion required to ensure a practical and effective outcome for associations at this level.

Therefore, you may first wish to discuss these options to evaluate an individual match to align with your expectations.
